The new generation of design. Who will win the Compasso d'Oro?

On June 20, 2018 the award ceremony of the Compasso d'Oro ADI will take place at the Castello Sforzesco in Milan. The Compasso d'Oro is one of the most important and oldest industrial design awards in the world. Established in 1954, the goal is to enhance and reward the quality of Italian design. The criteria to receive this prize range from the quality of the materials used to the environmental and social impact of the creations, from technological innovation to creativity and functionality of the objects.

The award is given every two years to both designers and producers involved in different fields such as furniture, graphics or car design. The bond that unites all these productions is the essence of Italian design, famous and recognized globally. Of the 283 products selected only 16 will be awarded by an international jury of the most prestigious Italian design award. Moreover, from 21 to 26 June the exhibition of products and projects of the XXV edition of the Compasso d'Oro ADI will be open to the public.SIstema Parete Favo
